Jay-Z is making the most of his time in the UK,
partying with Pharrell on Tuesday and hosting his very own get-together with GQ in Mayfair last night. He was joined by lots of British celebs, including Naomi Campbell and Piers Morgan. Vernon Kay and Tess Daly lived it up, attending Jay-Z's dinner and the
Formula 1 party — does her dress remind you of those Zap lollies from back in the day?!

Mischa Barton's
been partying at the
Cannes Film Festival but she left the sunny South of France to join a whole host of UK stars for the Britain's Best 2008 bash at London Television Studios yesterday. The award ceremony pays tribute to outstanding Britons in a range of areas, from the arts to campaigning, and includes The Sun's Global Recognition Award, which was
presented by Gordon Brown to the Armed Forces. James McAvoy
flew in from Berlin for his Film Award, Leona Lewis accepted her Music Award
via satellite from the US and
Mischa Barton presented the Business Award to Marchesa.

While the
Sex and the City premiere took over Leicester Square last night, the
Sony Radio Academy Awards went down at London's Grosvenor House Hotel. Jonathan Ross, an absent Russell Brand and the lovely Dermot O'Leary
picked up gold in their categories and Chris Moyles
received his award from his parents! Claudia Winkleman wowed in a backless black number and Kelly Osbourne wore a dramatic dress, but
missed out on the Rising Star award to BBC 6 Music's George Lamb.

A load of lovely ladies attended the 10th Anniversary Party of The Lavender Trust at Breast Cancer Care at Claridge's in London last night.
Emma Thompson, Nigella Lawson and Thandie Newton smiled for pictures alongside Annie Lennox, who
sang at the Lavender Trust's launch party back in 1998 and performed again at last night's anniversary party.
Lisa Snowdon looked great in her pretty dress, as did
Claudia Winkleman who went for big blue circles like
Sophie Ellis-Bextor had the night before.

Nominees for the
BAFTA Television Awards and
BAFTA Television Craft Awards gathered at London's Landmark Hotel yesterday for a celebratory reception. Hosts for each of the up-coming ceremonies
Graham Norton (TV Awards) and
Claudia Winkleman (TV Craft Awards) looked like they were having a great time together, and even matched in their all-black outfits. Some of the
Skins cast were also at the reception, celebrating the show's five Television Craft Awards nominations and Best Drama Series nomination at the Television Awards.
