Here's the first image of Brad Pitt in costume on the set of Quentin Tarantino's
Inglourious Basterds (which has the working title
Inglorious Bastards in the US) at Babelsberg Studios in Germany. Brad is cast as Aldo Raine, who is
described as not "your Warner Brothers 1950s WW2 hero, this is a hillbilly straight from the mountains of Tennessee". His character is the leader of the "Basterds", a group of Jewish-American soldiers
who scalp and brutally kill Nazis.

Men get sexier with age according to
Cosmopolitan's readers, who have voted 45-year-old Johnny Depp the world's sexiest man. Half the men in the top ten are over forty, with George Clooney in second place (beating Brad Pitt for the first time, who comes in fifth) and Will Smith in eighth. Britain is represented by Daniel Craig in fourth position, James McAvoy in sixth and David Beckham in ninth, while Jake Gyllenhaal is the sexiest younger man in third position, and Justin Timberlake and Wentworth Miller do it for the boys at numbers seven and ten.

Brad Pitt's been filming a mobile phone ad in France over the past couple of days, thought to be
based on the very amusing French film Les Vacances De M. Hulot. Looks like he's got his clumsy, nerdy act down — also seen in upcoming movie
Burn After Reading — as he chases a car, runs around and generally pulls all kinds of faces.
