On Saturday night Steven Soderburgh's latest movie Che premiered at the
London Film Festival. Benicio Del Toro plays the title role of Che Guevera in the biopic and he showed up looking very handsome in his suit alongside Steven. Also among the guests at the special screening was actor John Hurt.

Kate Beckinsale looked stunning in white this weekend (and hubby Len definitely agreed) at the
Raisa Gorbachev Foundation fundraiser in London. She was joined by Hugh Grant, Emily Blunt, Stella McCartney, Kevin Spacey, Benicio Del Toro and more in support of the charity that helps raise money to help fight cancer in young children. The event, held at Hampton Court Palace, also included adorable Orlando Bloom who, along with girlfriend Miranda Kerr, made up
the other couple pulling PDAs at the party.

The glamour, the parties, and all those premieres and press conferences are over for another year, as the Palme d'Or was given out at the award ceremony to mark the end of the
Cannes Film Festival 2008. A French film called The Class got the Palme d'Or this year, and
its young stars were full of smiles and excitement at their win, Benicio del Toro and Catherine Deneuve also received awards at the ceremony, and jurors
Natalie Portman and Sean Penn and
actor Robert De Niro were among those giving them out.
But before the awards there was
one more premiere, this time for Synecdoche and
a photocall with Philip Seymour Hoffman, Michelle Williams, Catherine Keener and Samantha Morton, as well as a fabulous Dior party
hosted by Sharon Stone.

Michelle Williams walked the red carpet at the
Cannes premiere of new Scott Speedman/Rachel Blanchard movie Adoration and stole the spotlight in her gorgeous sparkly cream dress. Having spent lots of time
with her beautiful Matilda over the past few months while they've adjusted to life without Heath, Michelle is slowly returning into the public sphere – and reminding me of her awesome personal style. I always love seeing what Michelle's going to pull out on the red carpet.

It was Madonna's turn to shine at the
Cannes Film Festival yesterday as her labour of love
I Am Because We Are premiered. She looked gorgeous in a sequinned, (slightly transparent) monochrome
fringed dress and walked the red carpet with Guy. She then posed for some shots with her friend Sharon Stone, and they seemed to have a
rather animated conversation!
