David Duchovny was dressed in his finest preppy clothes as he filmed scenes for The Joneses in Atlanta today. Staying busy at work is good for David, and even better news is that the rumors about his relationship with Tea and what caused their split have calmed down ever since David filed a defamation lawsuit. Meanwhile, his alter ego Hank is still dealing with drama with his onscreen lady Karen, but that's one relationship David won't mind everyone talking about.

David Duchovny and Demi Moore headed to a golf course in Atlanta to continue filming their new movie The Joneses yesterday. Unfortunately, the buzz around David's separation from Tea Leoni hasn't died down yet, and the latest story that David cheated with his tennis instructor, has angered the actor so much that he is suing for defamation. Even though the affairs have been denied on both sides, hopefully David can use his movie and TV show as a break from all of the drama in his personal life.

Demi Moore and David Duchovny started filming their new movie, The Joneses, in Atlanta yesterday. While the movie is about a seemingly perfect family that secretly works for a marketing company to promote luxury goods, David is getting back to work after rehab and going through some family issues of his own. Billy Bob Thornton denied the rumors that he had an affair with David's wife Tea, though in a recent interview she called Billy Bob "her new favorite person." According to reports Tea and David remain friendly despite the separation, so hopefully he can focus on work and his kids while everything gets sorted out.

David Duchovny and Tea Leoni have been separated for a while, but kept it from the public in the best interest of their two children — Madelaine West, 9, and Kyd, 6. The former couple issued the following statement:"In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months. The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their children."

It's a bad day for celebrity marriages. Fresh off this morning's news that Madonna and Guy Ritchie are divorcing, David Duchovny and Tea Leoni released a statement that they have been apart for some time. It said:

David Duchovny jogged around NYC today looking a little sweaty in his yellow beanie.
