I'm very excited this morning because I'm going to a Kelly Clarkson concert tonight. Woop! The prospect of seeing the original American Idol has got me thinking about all the previous winners. There are a couple I have a soft spot for, but I want to know what you think. So tell me: who is your favourite American Idol winner?

kelly's my fav, but carrie's a moderately close second. i liked ruben on the show but he hasn't really done anything that's caught my attention afterwards. i pretty much stopped watching the show after the second season though so maybe i'm just not giving the other's a chance

Definitely Kelly, and Carrie has great songs too...and while this is totally an unpopular opinion I have to say that I liked Taylor too. (Not as much as Elliot, but eh!) Some of his songs on his album are pretty good, but I'm sure he sounds much better doing the soul/bluesy stuff he's used to doing.

thats a def. Kelly Clarkson...i mean look at how much she is accomplished and how she is still true to her self...and most importantly she does everything she does for her fans its 100% dedication for them......plus shes supper cute and has a freaking amazing voice, major diverity and outstanding song writting abilities...she will forever go down in history as number on
