Wednesday night's winners posed proudly with their awards in the press room following the Brits ceremony at Earl's Court. Paul McCartney looked chuffed to bits with his gong for Outstanding Contribution to Music and Kylie cuddled up to her award for Best International Female. Take That had to settle for two out of the four awards they were up for, having scooped Best Single for feel-good "Shine" and Best Live Act, proving they still had it after all these years. Best British Male and Female Mark Ronson and Kate Nash looked quietly happy in their colourful clothes.
The Klaxons were awardless in the press room and, in true rock tradition, were apparently a little worse for wear. Beth Ditto changed into yet another outfit to party on in the backstage area, Kelly Rowland looked sexy in a split leg dress, and Dr Who David Tennant dropped by the press room to flash that ever popular smile.
